Tour the 9000-year-old Sassi di Matera Cave Homes.  Make - and eat! - an authentic Pugliese meal. Explore Roman theaters & medieval castles in Lecce (the mini-Florence) on a private walking tour.  Peddle an e-bike through the beautiful I'tria valley and taste the locally made cheeses at a farm stay.
